The Indiana County Chapter of the Federation of Democratic Women will host its annual spaghetti dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 22 at the Chevy Chase Community Center. The dinner provides an opportunity for Democrats to sign petitions for candidates running for office.
